Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all approved returns.
Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Refunds will be processed minus the 10% restocking fee and any non-refundable shipping charges.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.
Non-Refundable Items & DOA Policy

Live animals are non-refundable.

Our DOA (Dead on Arrival) policy qualifies for store credit only and does not include cash or card refunds.

Store credit will be issued once DOA requirements are met, as outlined in our DOA policy.

Clearance items, custom orders, and any other items marked as final sale are also non-refundable.
