Welcome to Isaan Aquatics (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Use of Website

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this website. By using this site, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could harm or interfere with the site or business operations.

2. Live Animal Sales Disclaimer

We sell live tropical fish, which are living animals requiring proper care. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Fish health depends on proper acclimation, water parameters, tank size, and compatible tank mates.

  • We are not responsible for losses due to improper care, inadequate tank conditions, or failure to follow provided instructions.

  • Fish size, color, and pattern may vary slightly from photos due to natural variation and lighting.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship live fish only to locations where legal.

  • Delivery dates are estimates and may be impacted by weather, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Someone must be available to receive live fish shipments on the first delivery attempt.

  • We are not responsible for losses due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

4. DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy

If fish arrive deceased:

  • You must notify us within 2 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos or video of the deceased fish in the original unopened bag(s) are required.

  • Approved DOA claims will be issued as store credit only.
    No cash refunds will be provided for DOA claims.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Failure to meet these requirements may void DOA coverage.

5. Returns, Refunds & Restocking Fees

Due to the nature of live animals:

  • We do not accept returns of live fish.

  • All sales are final unless covered under our DOA policy.

If a refund or cancellation is approved for non-live items or exceptional circumstances:

  • Refunds will be issued as store credit only unless otherwise stated.

  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the credited amount.

Store credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to:

  • Change prices at any time

  • Correct pricing or description errors

  • Cancel orders due to inventory issues or errors

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, text, logos, and branding, is the property of Isaan Aquatics and may not be copied or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Isaan Aquatics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, including livestock loss after delivery.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Isaan Aquatics from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses resulting from your use of the website or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
